In the Summer of 2015, The International Humanitarian Aid & Disaster Relief Organization (IHADRO) Delivered over 13,000 bottles of water to the deast side of Porterville California. IHADRO partners with Palabra de Victoria and Jose & Maria Segura to deliver much needed water to homes whose wells had dried up due to the drought that was affecting California.
